Curbsight vs Sales Rabbit
Sales Rabbit gives your reps a blank map and tracks what they do on it. Curbsight opens on a map where every property is already scored 0-100 — with the hail swaths painted on, the roof age estimated, and the owner's name attached — then tracks the knocks, builds the routes, and runs the gamification on top.
Curbsight is a complete replacement for Sales Rabbit — not a lead layer you run beside it. Everything Sales Rabbit does is built in: knock tracking with GPS-stamped dispositions, route optimization (unlimited stops), rep gamification with streaks and leaderboards, and team accountability with a live team map and performance dashboards. The difference is what's underneath: Sales Rabbit's map is blank until your reps fill it in; Curbsight's map arrives with every property in your territory scored 0-100 from county records, NOAA storm data, radar hail swaths, and roof intelligence — before anyone leaves the truck. The one thing Sales Rabbit has that Curbsight doesn't yet: coverage in every US market today. Curbsight covers its live markets deeply (1.8M+ properties and growing) and stands up new counties in days on request.

The map is the product
Open Sales Rabbit in a new neighborhood and you see what any consumer map shows: houses. Open Curbsight and you see which houses matter. Every residential property in your territory is on the map as a scored pin — 0-100, colored by priority — built from county assessor records (roof age, square footage, value, owner status), the federal NOAA storm database, and radar-verified hail swaths drawn directly on the map so you can see exactly which streets the storm crossed. Tap any pin: owner name, roof age estimate, hail history, claim-window countdown, street view, and a skip-traced phone number on demand. This is the difference in kind, not degree — one tool records where your reps have been; the other shows them where to go, and why, before they leave the truck.
Everything Sales Rabbit does, built in
The reason teams historically ran Sales Rabbit was the canvassing layer: knock tracking, dispositions, territory management, rep accountability, gamification. Curbsight includes all of it — not as an integration, as the same app. Knocks log with one tap, GPS-stamped, with outcomes and notes (and the notes feed the roof intelligence — a rep writing 'roof looks new' updates the property's score). Streaks, daily goals, achievements, leaderboards, and weekly report cards run the rep-motivation loop Sales Rabbit sells separately as Amplify. Owners carve territory by drawing polygons on the live team map and watch reps work in real time, with a team performance dashboard rolling up every rep's numbers. Route optimization is built in with no stop cap. There is no piece of the Sales Rabbit workflow you keep a second subscription for.
Where Sales Rabbit falls short
Sales Rabbit assumes you already know which houses are worth knocking. It hands the rep a map of every house and trusts them to figure it out. And the most common complaints from reps actually using it are operational, not conceptual: sluggish inputs on iPad, lost disposition data, clunky UI. Meanwhile the intelligence you'd want — which roofs are old, which streets the hail actually hit, which claim windows are closing — lives in other tools, if anywhere. Bolting a lead-data add-on onto a knock tracker still leaves the rep switching contexts at every door.
Why Curbsight is different
Curbsight starts upstream of the door and follows the deal all the way past it. Every property is scored before you knock; properties hit by 1.5" hail with a 15-year-old roof score 80+, new construction in a calm year scores below 30. You knock on the 80s. And when the knock becomes a deal, it stays in Curbsight:
- Insurance-readiness surfaced per property: the storm date and the days remaining before the carrier filing deadline
- Pitch playbooks keyed to the property — walk up to a 1978 home and Curbsight tells you what era-specific pain to lead with
- Roof intelligence that learns: assessor data corrected by what reps log at the door and by AI satellite reads of the roof itself
- The full canvassing layer included — knock logging, streaks, leaderboards, live team map, route optimization — the pieces Sales Rabbit splits across tiers and the Amplify add-on
- A full CRM after the sale: property-native job files, self-drafting estimates from real roof measurements, photo documentation that auto-files to the property, and a no-login job tracker your homeowner can watch
- You want the map to tell reps which doors are worth knocking, not just record where they've been
- You sell roofing, siding, windows, or solar and storm data + roof age is the buying signal
- You're paying separately for door tracking, lead data, gamification, and a CRM — and want one tool and one bill
- You run a team — from a solo knocker to a multi-crew storm operation — and want accountability AND intelligence in the same app
- You want the deal to stay in one system after the knock: estimate, photos, pipeline, homeowner updates
- Your territory is outside Curbsight's live markets and you need coverage today — Curbsight stands up new counties in days on request, so ask first, but Sales Rabbit is available everywhere right now
Pricing
Sales Rabbit's sticker (roughly $39-75 per rep per month) hides the real bill: a 5-seat minimum, a setup fee, and a 1-3 year contract — and the property + storm data that make canvassing smart are paid add-ons on top, with roof measurement in a separate product again, so a storm team's real all-in runs closer to $90-140 per seat. Curbsight's Knocker canvassing tier is $29/seat with none of that — no minimum, no setup fee, no contract — and includes 75 owner-phone reveals per seat each month (Sales Rabbit has no owner data at all without the add-on). The intelligence tiers are flat monthly with seats included: Starter $500 (3 seats, 6 exclusive zips), Pro $1,500 (10 seats, 20 exclusive zips, the whole platform — CRM, routing, team), Enterprise $5,000 (unlimited seats, 100 zips — about two full metros). Every paid tier sees its full territory, not a metered drip. A 5-rep team on Pro pays $300/rep for the scored map, the intelligence, the canvassing layer, and the CRM — less than most teams pay per rep for Sales Rabbit once the add-ons and a separate CRM are in.
