Curbsight vs AccuLynx

AccuLynx is deep-bench software for managing the roofing jobs you already have. Curbsight finds the jobs first — every property in your territory scored on a map — and runs them through a CRM where the estimate drafts itself and the photos file themselves.

The short answer

AccuLynx is a mature, roofing-specific platform with deep integrations into EagleView, Xactimate, and the supplier ecosystem (Beacon, ABC Supply). It's built for established operations with established job flow — and it has no answer for where the next job comes from. Curbsight covers the whole arc: a scored-lead engine on the front (every property ranked 0-100 by roof age, hail exposure, and value, with radar hail swaths on the map), and a contractor CRM on the back where jobs are born enriched — self-drafting estimates from real roof measurements, photo documentation that auto-files to the property, an insurance supplement builder, and a homeowner job tracker. AccuLynx's remaining moat is integration depth: if Xactimate and supplier ordering are operational requirements today, that's their territory.

Where AccuLynx wins

AccuLynx is the right tool when you're already at scale and the integrations are operational must-haves: 25+ roofers, heavy insurance claim volume, Xactimate-first estimating, and material ordering wired into Beacon or ABC Supply. That integration depth is real and hard to replicate quickly. If those workflows are load-bearing for your operation today, AccuLynx has the moat.

Where Curbsight wins

Everywhere upstream of that — and increasingly, head-on. The bottleneck for most roofing companies isn't supplier integration; it's finding enough storm-affected, claim-eligible roofs to keep crews busy. Curbsight's scored map solves the finding problem in a way nothing in the AccuLynx ecosystem does: every property ranked by roof age and radar-confirmed hail, with the claim window counting down on each one. And the job-management gap has closed: Curbsight jobs are born carrying the property intelligence, the estimate drafts itself from real roof measurements (no per-report fee), photos GPS-file themselves to the property, the supplement builder handles claim paperwork, and the homeowner watches progress on a no-login tracker page.

  • Jobs born enriched — score, roof age, hail history, owner, imagery arrive with the job
  • Self-drafting estimates from aerial roof measurements — the per-report measurement fee disappears
  • Photo documentation with GPS auto-filing, tagging, video, and AI reports — no separate CompanyCam subscription
  • Insurance supplement builder in the same app as the job
  • Flat monthly pricing with seats included, instead of quote-based per-user contracts
Choose Curbsight when
  • Lead generation is the bottleneck — you need the storm-hit, claim-eligible roofs found for you
  • You want the estimate, photos, supplements, and homeowner updates in the same app as the lead
  • You want flat-monthly pricing instead of quote-based enterprise contracts
  • You're building the operation — not already locked into Xactimate-first, supplier-integrated workflows
Choose AccuLynx when
  • Xactimate integration and supplier ordering (Beacon, ABC Supply) are operational requirements today
  • You're an established enterprise operation whose bottleneck is claim-processing throughput, not lead flow

Pricing

AccuLynx pricing is quote-based but typically runs $200-400+ per user per month with annual contracts. For a 5-rep roofing company that's $1,000-2,000/month just for the platform, before measurement-report fees. Curbsight Pro is $1,500/mo flat with 10 seats and 20 territories: the scored-lead map, the CRM with self-drafting estimates, photo documentation, the supplement builder, and the full canvassing + team layer. One is software for managing work you found some other way; the other includes the finding.

Frequently asked questions

Should I switch from AccuLynx to Curbsight?
If AccuLynx's Xactimate and supplier integrations are load-bearing for your operation, keep them — Curbsight can run as the lead engine in front (scored territory, canvassing, appointments) feeding your existing back office. If you're paying AccuLynx prices mostly for a pipeline, photos, and estimates, Curbsight covers those and adds the scored-lead engine AccuLynx doesn't have, at flat pricing. Your existing customer book imports with addresses matched to real parcels, so history arrives property-enriched.
Does Curbsight integrate with Xactimate?
Not yet. Curbsight's own estimate engine covers retail estimating — real roof measurements from aerial data, self-drafted line items — and the supplement builder handles claim paperwork. If your volume is Xactimate-first insurance work end to end, AccuLynx's integration is ahead there today, and we're transparent about that.
Does Curbsight replace EagleView?
For most estimates, yes — roof square footage is measured automatically from aerial data at no per-report cost, and feeds the self-drafting estimate. Where you still want a measured report for a complex roof, attach it to the job; but the default motion doesn't require one.
