Roofing canvassing software · the rep's door-to-door app

Roofing canvassing software that knocks the right doors first.

Curbsight is roofing canvassing software for the rep at the door: one tap logs the knock where he stands, the route runs with no stop cap one stop at a time in his own navigation app, the owner's name and number are a tap away, the streak and the leaderboard keep count, and the appointment he sets becomes a job. This is the door-to-door app inside Curbsight's roofing sales software, which is the owner's whole field-sales stack; this page is the rep's tool, the Sales Rabbit replacement.

What roofing canvassing software has to do

A rep's day is a hundred doors and six conversations, and the tool on his phone decides how much of it survives to Friday. It has to answer five questions without slowing him down: which doors, in what order, what happened at each one, who he is calling back, and where the yes goes. Most knock trackers answer the third question and stop. Curbsight answers all five in one app, and on Curbsight OS the fifth one lands in the same pipeline the office runs. The office half, with the pipeline, the invoice and the books, is the roofing CRM.

The knock: one tap, logged where the rep stands

Tap the house, tap what happened. The outcomes are the seven a roofing crew actually uses: Knocked, Talked, Inspection, Come Back, Sold, Not Home and Do Not Knock. A windows or siding setter reads Appointment where a roofer reads Inspection. Every knock is GPS-stamped and timestamped, takes a note and a follow-up date, and recolors the pin so the whole team sees the street the way the rep left it. A rep can record his pitch before the door opens and the closer hears it on the job later. The follow-up lands on his calendar and his phone, and it pushes to his Google Calendar if that is where his day already lives.

When the outcome is an appointment, the house becomes a job on the spot, carrying the note, the follow-up date and everything the property already had. The rep keeps it, or on Curbsight OS hands it to a named closer or drops it in a pool a closer claims. That flow has its own page: roofing appointment setting software.

The rest of the rep's day, in the same app

Routes with no stop cap, one stop at a time

Pick the doors and the route between them is built in the order that saves the gas, with no cap on stops. The rep's own navigation app, Google, Apple or Waze, gets one destination at a time, so nothing about the drive changes except the order. The next stop is a tap, not a re-plan.

Owner names and phones on demand

Tap a house and the owner's name and phone come back, so the rep opens with the right name and calls the ones who were not home. Reveals are metered per seat each month: 150 on a Field seat, 500 on a Curbsight OS seat, with more available a la carte. A number revealed once on a property is free to the whole team after that.

Streaks, daily goals, achievements, the leaderboard

The game the reps play is the one you want them playing: a daily goal, a streak that resets when a day is skipped, achievements for the milestones that matter, the team leaderboard, and a weekly report card. Each rep sees his own scorecard on a Field seat. On Curbsight OS the owner gets the team KPI board on top: doors, conversations, appointments and closes per rep, on Friday, without asking.

The camera, the measurement and the proposal

Photos taken at the door file themselves to the property. A rep on a Field seat can trace the roof on satellite or on his own photo, price it, put a proposal in front of the homeowner, get it signed on their phone and take payment by card before the truck leaves. The estimate has its own page: roofing estimating software.

The map underneath: why the reps knock this street

On a Field seat the map has every US address on it, so a knock, a note and a route work anywhere in the country the day you sign up. With scored territory, an add-on to Curbsight OS, the same map arrives ranked: every home in your zips scored 0–100 by how likely it is to need the work, colored by priority, highest first, with the roof age estimate on the card and the storm history under it. Reps knock the 80s. When hail lands, the swath is drawn on the map street by street the day it falls, and every home under it carries its own storm dates and the days left on the carrier's filing window. How the ranking is built is ours and stays that way; what it does is checkable on a demo with your own zips on the screen. The free hail map shows the swaths before you sign up for anything.

Roofing canvassing software questions

What is roofing canvassing software?
Roofing canvassing software is the app a door-to-door rep runs on his phone: the map of the doors to knock, a one-tap log of what happened at each one, the route between them, the homeowner's name and number, a follow-up he will actually see again, and the appointment that becomes a job. Curbsight's version is the Field seat, and the same app carries the rest of the roofing company behind it when the owner wants it.
How is this different from Curbsight's roofing sales software page?
Roofing sales software is the owner's whole field-sales stack: the scored map, the team's numbers, the storm layer, the proposal and what happens to the yes. Roofing canvassing software is the rep's door-to-door app inside it, the part that replaces Sales Rabbit. Same product; this page is written for the person holding the phone at the door, that one for the person paying for the seats.
Does it replace Sales Rabbit?
For a shop with one to six reps, yes. GPS-stamped knock outcomes, notes and follow-ups, route optimization with no stop cap, streaks, daily goals, achievements and the team leaderboard are all built in, on a native iPhone and Android app. Sales Rabbit's map is blank until your reps fill it in; with scored territory, Curbsight's arrives with every home ranked before anyone leaves the truck. Larger teams that live on Sales Rabbit's enterprise reporting should read the full comparison first.
Does it work outside Curbsight's scored markets?
Yes. The Field seat canvasses any US address today: every address is on the map, the knock logs against it, the route builds, the owner's number comes back. The ranked map, the hail swaths and the filing-window countdown are the scored-territory add-on, live across markets in Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota, Louisiana, Nevada and Utah, with a new county stood up on request in days. Ask before the demo and the map opens on streets you recognize.
What does a seat cost, and what is metered?
Field is $79 per seat per month at every seat count, self-serve at signup with a 7-day trial, no seat minimum, no setup fee, no contract. The only meter is owner-phone reveals: 150 a month on a Field seat, 500 on a Curbsight OS seat, more a la carte, and a number revealed once on a property is free to every rep on the team after that. Knocks, routes, streaks and the leaderboard are not metered.
Can I bring my knock history from another tool?
Enzy exports of leads, knocks and appointments are recognized on upload and import as they are. A CSV from another knock tracker maps by hand, column by column, with a dry run before anything is written. Customer books come across from AccuLynx, JobNimbus or Roofr, matched to the actual property. Nothing your reps already logged has to be typed twice.
